Russian Federation
Personal data of Russian citizens is processed and stored on RF-resident servers per Federal Law 152-FZ. AML obligations are governed by Federal Law 115-FZ and FATF standards. Disputes between Russian persons are subject to Russian courts or the Moscow Arbitration Court.
European Union / EEA
EU and EEA member data is processed under GDPR. Data processing agreements comply with Article 28. Cross-border transfers to Russia rely on SCCs (Commission Implementing Decision 2021/914). Supervisory authority oversight applies per member state.
International / Arbitration
Cross-border commercial disputes between non-Russian parties are subject to LCIA arbitration (London, English language). All members are screened against OFAC, EU, UN, HM Treasury, and Rosfinmonitoring sanctions lists upon onboarding and periodically thereafter.
